Roasted lamb ribs

Ingredients
1 kg lamb ribs
100 g onion
pepper
paprika
thyme
1-2 rosemary leaves
1 lemon
salt
4 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
The ribs are cut into portions. Mix the powdered leaves of rosemary and thyme and red pepper. Meat sprinkle with the seasoning mixture made. The ribs are placed in a baking dish, pour a cup of lukewarm water and add the vegetable oil. Tray was covered with a wet paper web which is sprinkled salt. Bake in moderate oven until completely soft meat.
