Roll of feta cheese and Ramsons

Ingredients
400 g brined goat feta cheese (or other)
200 g sour cream
200 ml milk
gelatin or agartin as 500 ml liquid
1 large bunch Ramsons
pepper
salt if needed

Method
Ramsons wash and dry. Elongated covered with a few leaves that are put across (see photos). Leave a few other leaves to decorate the plate, the remaining finely. In a bowl creases the feta cheese with a fork, put the chopped Ramsons and pepper. Saucepan heat the milk and it is dissolved gelatin (under the direction - either directly or first soak). Allow to cool slightly and poured in the feta cheese, mix well. Pour the mixture into lined leaf shape, smooth the surface. Leaves roll up and turn the mixture. Pour a few leaves and long, then this is the bottom. Cover with plastic foil, put it in the cold at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. The roll is placed in the plateau, pre-coated with leave for the purpose Ramsons leaves. Decorate optional, in the case of cocktail (cherry) tomatoes. They hide and any damage to the leaves.

Very tasty look, but I'm not sure I can cope with gelatin, recently had a failure with it :))

as used gelatin for any recipe you take from this powder that does not soak. Moreover, there are products which can be gelated, for example, pineapple. I use only agartin, but I have read on the package of gelatin for pineapple.

Rally, I did not know any gelatin that does not soak, the first time I hear from you, I'll ask around in the stores required and then you risk to make a delicious roll to no shoots :)
