Roll with spinach

Ingredients
3/4 ​​cup (150 g) flour
90 g butter
2 cup (400 ml) milk
4 eggs
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
250 g spinach
200 g cottage cheese
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice

Method
