Roll with spinach - cooked

Ingredients
500 g flour
4 eggs
300 g spinach
200 g cottage cheese
100 g cheese
pinch nutmeg
salt
Method
Of flour, 2 eggs, 1/2. h. (100 ml) water and 1 tsp (5 g) thereof was kneaded dough which is shaped into a ball, wrapped in oiled paper and left in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Spinach is cleaned and stew with a pinch of salt without the addition of water. Soften, grind in a meat grinder and mix with the cottage cheese, the remaining eggs, cheese and nutmeg. Roll out the dough into a sheet with a thickness of 2-3 mm. The prepared filling is poured along the length of the tray, which is rolled up. Roll put in muslin cloth tied to both ends and boil in salted boiling water and 1 tsp butter about 1 hour. Finished roll after cool down, cut into thick slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
