Rolled pretzels

Ingredients
100 g butter or lard
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
1 tbsp (10 g) salt
2 packets ammonia soda
500 g flour
1 egg

Method
Molten fat is mixed with milk, salt and 450 g of flour. Dough is kneaded, which was allowed to stand for 4 hours. Then doizmesva with the remaining 50 g of flour. It is divided into 4 parts. Each piece hangs in cortex thickness 1 cm. Cut to ribbons 1x10 cm. Turn to spiral. Arrange in the pan, greased with butter, as the ends are pressed. Smeared with egg and bake until pinking.
