Rolls pangasius with olives

Ingredients
1 kg fish fillet pangasius
100 g pitted black olives or 100 g olive paste
3 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp oregano
salt, black pepper
1 cup white wine
Method
Cut the fish into pieces, as the thicker cut into thinner, while still not completely thawed. Strain is olives (if olive paste is not needed) together with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano - A thick, like mayonnaise sauce. Each piece of fish salt it with pepper and salt, smeared with sauce, rolled on roll and is pierced with a toothpick to not develop. The resulting rolls are arranged in an oiled baking dish and pour the wine. Bake 30-40 minutes.
