Roulades with carrots and celery

Ingredients
800 g pork
50 g butter
50 ml sunflower oil
150 g carrots
150 g celery
2 onions
2 eggs
salt, pepper
50 ml wine
1 tsp mustard
Method
Cut the meat into 8 pieces. Fuck them with a wooden mallet for schnitzel. Each piece is brushed with mustard salt pepper. Chopped onions carrots and celery stew in sunflower oil. Allow to boil for 5 minutes and add the boiled eggs cut into cubes. On each piece of meat put the filling and roll up. Arrange in a baking dish and cover with foil. Pour the grated tomatoes if you like pungent and hot pepper. Bake 1 hour and just before you dish out add wine and parsley.
