Royal pickle

Ingredients
6 kg of plaice
2 kg carrots
3 kg cauliflower
500 g sugar
250 g salt
1 head celery
5 cloves garlic
1 l vinegar
200 ml sunflower oil
pepper
bay leaf
cloves
Method
Bell, carrots and cauliflower are cleaned and cut, sprinkle with half the sugar and salt and stay overnight. Is boiled brine of vinegar, remaining salt, sugar, the oil and spices. Vegetables are distributed in jars and pour the brine. Sterilized 5-10 minutes.

Hello, and juice which is separated from the vegetables stay overnight when what is being done? And you hot brine is poured or cold? Otherwise very tasty, I've tried them before, but I myself do not own them rules:-)
