Salad of crab

Ingredients
1 small crab
3 eggs
4 olives
1 tbsp capers
2 sprigs celery
100 g mayonnaise
1 onion
pepper
salt
vinegar
Method
Living cancer Wash the brush in cold water, place in a saucepan of boiling salted water, to which are added the onion, pepper and salt. Cancer stick little spoon under water and boil for about 20 minutes. The pan is removed from the fire and cancer to cool in the broth. Cut in length, remove the entrails and remove the meat. Apologized tongs, remove the top shell and remove the meat. Joints connecting the tongs with the shell and cut out the meat. All meat is cut into small pieces, add chopped boiled eggs, olives, celery and capers, bay with mayonnaise and stir gently. The salad is served well chilled.
