Salad of kale and carrots

Ingredients
200 g kohlrabi
100 g carrots
lemon juice
olive oil or sunflower oil
olives
1 clove garlic
Method
Alabashat and carrots Peel and finely grate grater. Add pressed garlic, seasoned with salt, lemon juice and olive oil. The salad is served garnished with olives.
