Ingredients
500 g of fresh mushrooms
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
2 heads (100 g) onion
salt
vinegar
pepper
Method
Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cooked in salted water, then drain and cut. Divide the salad plates and sprinkle with finely chopped onion, vegetable oil, pepper and vinegar to taste.
