Ingredients
          300-400 g Sprat (jar Pearl)
          1 lemon
          1/2 onion
          200 g of caviar

          Method
              Fish ranks in a dish, as the middle of the plate is left blank and It puts caviar. Lemon and onions cut into cubes and put on fish. Salad sprinkled with vinegar to taste and served with white wine.
