Ingredients
1 kg sauerkraut
700 g potatoes
1 large onion
1/2 cup sunflower oil
20 g butter
salt, pepper, savory, paprika

Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into not too thin slices and boil in salted water until almost. In a separate vessel in half fat sauté until ready cabbage, onions and spices. In a baking dish, greased with sunflower oil rank half potatoes. On them is poured cabbage and covered with the other half of the potato. Top watered with the remaining sunflower oil and sprinkle with pepper. Bake in a moderately heated oven. Heat the butter on the stove, put it paprika and the prepared roux watered finished dish. Serve warm.
