Ingredients
300 g sausage
1-2 onions
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp flour
1 tsp vinegar
salt
pepper
cumin
1 tsp paprika
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in heated sunflower oil, add red pepper and a little water. Boil until soft onions. Add salt to taste, add the sliced sausage. When the sausage is cooked, the dish thickens, the flour is diluted with cold water and vinegar and add. Simmer for a few minutes. Sprinkle with pepper and cumin. The mess can be prepared with another sausage, lukanka, sausage, fried meatballs and fried pieces of pork.
