Sausages with wine sauce

Ingredients
500 g sausages
3 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp flour
1 cup wine
2 tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
salt
basil
thyme
Method
Sausages are cut into pieces and fry in the oil. In the same fat, put the flour, wine, grated tomatoes and garlic. Boil on low heat until the sauce thickens. Season with basil and thyme and pour the mixture sausages.

Well and tasty sounds just not clear to me you are fresh sausages or cooked sausage. As if fresh would be much better than boiled.
