Ingredients
# Dry mixture:
500 g flour
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
200 g sausage
1 bunch parsley
10 g not round cumin
8 g baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
# Wet mix:
150 ml sunflower oil
400 g yogurt
4 eggs
100-150 g of cheese strewing

Method
Dry mixture: To pre-sifted flour add baking powder, baking soda, cumin beans, pre-cut into small cubes sausage, crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley. The mixture was stirred well. Wet mix: Mix the oil, yogurt and well beaten eggs and stir until a homogeneous mixture. Add these prepared textures (dry and wet) into each other and mix well. In a buttered (optional and sprinkled with breadcrumbs) pan pour the mixture. Bake in preheated oven 180-190S degrees for about 35-40 minutes. 2-3 moments before removing cake from oven sprinkle with grated cheese. Wait savory temptation to cool well before serving.
