Semolina with milk and cream

Ingredients
600 ml milk (high fat content)
200 ml water
7 tbsp sugar tip
1 tbsp butter
1 cup semolina
100 ml cream
15 drops vanilla essence
Method
Milk, water, the butter and sugar are added to boil. Was added with constant stirring semolina, stir and boil for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat and immediately while hot, with intensive stirring cream mixed with vanilla extract. Stir until fully absorbed cream. Divide by portions, and allowed to cool. You can garnish with nuts, cinnamon and others.
