Shakshuka

Ingredients
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 roasted and peeled red peppers
3-4 tomatoes
4 eggs
hot pepper
salt
pepper
cumin
coriander or parsley

Method
In a pan heat the oil and fry it finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. Add diluted with water 4 tbsp tomato paste, chopped peppers, then another 2-3 minutes and peeled and diced tomatoes. To put spices and a few minutes Tap eggs. Capped with a lid and after 2-3 minutes the dish is ready. Serve in the pan, sprinkle with parsley or coriander.
