Ingredients
500 g pork
1 large onion
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp pepper
2 pinches of cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
little thyme
50-60 g salo

Method
Meat cut into large pieces. Mix with chopped onion and parsley. Allow to stand for several hours in the refrigerator. Then sprinkle with black pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin and thyme. Salo is cut into thin slices. Lining is skewers - a piece of meat, a piece of salo ... until the meat. Bake at BBQ.
