Shrimps in Moorish

Ingredients
800 g frozen cleaned shrimp
1 small chili pepper
1 clove garlic
1 orange
100 ml olive oil
3 sprigs thyme
2 bay leaves
cayenne or paprika
pinch ground cumin
black pepper
salt
Method
Shrimp thawed, cleaned of black threads, washed well and dried. Fry in the heated oil. Add crushed garlic, finely chopped chili pepper and bay leaves. The mixture is sprayed with juice squeezed from oranges and seasoned with 1 teaspoon grated orange peel, finely chopped thyme, cumin, red and black pepper and salt to taste. Stir several times and remove from fire. Spicy shrimp are served chilled.
