1 kg fruit Aronia
1 kg sugar

Method
Take a dry glass jar 1.5 l and in it are lining layers chokeberry row, row sugar. Went back in the fridge and so in winter you will have handy delicious and aromatic fruit of aronia.

I'll try, I chokeberry put it into the refrigerator and wait winter. Thanks for the idea!
Now I looked in the fridge - a little over a month now sugar has melted, the fruits are placed juice and top still sugar hat.
After 10 months in the refrigerator, the fruits are great for cakes :)
And to me is - I still have a little fruits. May we will reach new :)
