Ingredients
1 banana
2-3 tbsp yogurt
1 cup sugar
50 g margarine
2 eggs
2 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
sunflower oil for frying
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Banana peel and crushed in a bowl with yogurt. The sugar is mixed with the margarine and added one by one egg. Add flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. The two mixtures were stirred well to obtain a soft dough. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove again intervene and rolled crust. It cut shapes with different figures and fry in hot sunflower oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after drain the fat on a napkin.
