Method
Break the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Place the butter in a pan, add the melted chocolate, sugar, vanilla essence and sugar and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous cream. Add egg and mix for about 30 seconds on high. Add flour and starch mixture and mix on the lowest level. Take 1 tbsp coconut, remaining confusion in the mixture. Using a syringe and a plug with a star (snowflake) with a diameter of 7 mm * do * on snow crystals littered with paper baking tray. I had a few problems while guesswork easier to form crystals, so share my experience (see photos). I shaped snow crystals * * 6 stars / snow almost molded to each other so: star / snowflake on top; then a little further down, on both sides - two asterisks; beneath and below the first star - two stars; in the middle of the sixth set asterisk. The cookies of the injection of a small distance from each other, because in baking slightly swell. Sprinkle with coconut and bake in a preheated oven at 180C of the upper and lower heater or 160C hot air about 12 minutes. After the cookies cool completely, stir the sifted icing sugar with a few drops of water to give a slurry, and with its aid Attach beads. * There are about 50-55 cookies, baked in two pans. I baked them in the rectangular pan to oven size 35h35 cm.
