Souffle of mince (Empada)

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
500 g minced meat
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
spices optional
sunflower oil
bacon or salo
Souffle of mince (Empada)

Method
From potatoes make puree. Fry the minced meat with the onion, garlic and other spices. In proof dish put half puree, pour and spread evenly minced meat. Top add the second layer paste. Optional can order the bacon strips or simple salo. Bake in the oven to form a light crust.

unique happened -

I've done it with mashed potato powder and again gets pretty tasty :)

Maybe I am wrong, but I think this dish is said Empadao
