Ingredients
          200 g bacon
          3 cloves garlic
          pepper
          400 g spaghetti
          4 eggs
          salt
          1 cup grated Parmesan
          parsley
              Method
              In a large pan fry bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove from heat and drain on paper. Persist 3 tbsp fat from frying bacon. They add onions, seasoned with pepper and fry for 30 seconds. Add bacon and paste and saute for 1 minute. Beaten eggs seasoned with salt to taste, the dish is removed from the heat and add the eggs, stirring until eggs are thickened, but not to be thread. Add Parmezanat and again the dish is seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
