Spaghetti with walnuts

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
4-5 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp flour
3-4 tbsp ground walnuts
pinch of nutmeg, salt, black pepper

Method
Boil the pasta with a little sunflower oil and salt and filtered, leaving 3-4 tbsp of water in which mumbo. In skillet in olive oil fry the garlic until turn pink and remove with a slotted spoon. In the same oil (from garlic) put the chopped onions to fry, and in a separate container mix the yogurt with salt, pepper, flour, which is blurred with the separated water from the pasta. All this added to fried onion and leave for a very small fire Clock and pulls the fire. Add salt spaghetti with nutmeg, and put the walnuts, mix well and pour into the pan with the other products, returned to the fire for five minutes.
