Spicy apple sauce for meat and fish

Ingredients
1 apple
3-4 tsp French mustard
3-4 tsp olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
pepper, salt

Method
Apple baked in the oven (you can and microwave). Peeled and cleaned of seeds. Pureed together with the juice of cooking. Add mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well and add the oil, and finally, and lemon juice. * The products are for 2 servings.

vanja, what type of apple is most appropriate - the more acidic or sweet?

from the more acidic, but not green.

Fresh and tasty sauce, thanks for the recipe :) I used Pink Lady apple, but I'm not sure that I was able to ward well - directly put it in the oven, I wonder whether it would not be more appropriate to wrap in foil? I imagined her to nearly a thick removing it from the oven, but it was harder and puree it became a little grainy, and not let any sauce ... So get a nice sauce and liked :)
