Spinach appetizer with leeks

Ingredients
500 g spinach
300 g cottage cheese or feta cheese
50-100 g walnuts
1 tbsp yogurt
1 stalk leek
1 sprig of dill
1 roasted pepper
pinch of tarragon
salt
50-60 g butter

Method
Leek cut into small pieces and stew in the butter. Spinach is washed and blanched in salted water for 30 seconds, remove, rinse and drain well. The walnuts are roasted in a dry pan and grind. All products are mixed, put in a food processor and grind. It becomes a ball on a plate and decorate.
