Sponge cake with grapes and white wine

Ingredients
1 and 2/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 vanilla
1 cup white wine
2 cup grains of grapes
# Topping:
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar

Method
Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat the butter with the olive oil and add the sugar. Add grated lemon rind and vanilla along with the eggs (one at a time) until mastered. Add three times the flour and wine, as they rotate, so you can start and finish with flour. The resulting mixture pour in greased and floured rectangular pan size 18h27 cm. Arrange top grapes. cake bake in preheated oven. Shortly before he is ready, pour the topping and doopicha while pinned in its center a toothpick comes out clean.
