Sponge cake Sisi

Ingredients
6 eggs
2 vanilla
2 cup sugar
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 pinches salt
10 g baking powder
Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whip 1 cup sugar and a pinch of salt, then add 1 cup sifted flour with baking powder half. Yolks are broken down in a separate container with 1 cup sugar and a pinch of salt, add 1/3 cup lukewarm water and 1/3 cup sunflower oil and stirring continued. Then add the remaining flour, sifted with a half of baking powder. The mixture of egg yolks was divided into two aliquots, to one of them was added 1 tbsp cocoa powder and mixed. In greased cake pan is poured into the cocoa mixture, it is poured onto the egg white mixture and sprinkled through a sieve with 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Cover with the remaining mixture of egg yolks. Bake at 200 ° C in preheated oven 40 minutes. Optional covered with chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
