Sponge cakeche Dyuki

Ingredients
2 eggs
4 tbsp oat bran
2 tbsp yogurt with low fat
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
100 g ham
100 g feta cheese
savory
salt

Method
Eggs, bran, baking powder, milk and beat with a blender, then to the resulting mixture, diced ham, feta cheese and spices. The mixture was placed in a small pan or cake pan with a few drops of sunflower oil, it does not stick. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.

Yes them :) but predolagam bran that could be replaced with a flour, for those who are not on a diet

Well done, very tasty is polu4i. I did it with turkey ham and added a little mozzarella. Bran can easily be replaced with a normal meal, but for normal cakes form must be uveli4at products. Once again bravo to the recipe.

This is totshno diet!
