Steaks with mushrooms and wine sauce

Ingredients
800 g steak
2 onions
1 cup flour
1 cup Wine
150 g cheese
200 g stewed mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
sunflower oil
pepper
salt

Method
Chops are crushed and seasoned with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into thin slices and cover it on both sides and steaks so let stand in refrigerator for 12 hours. Remove the onions, steak is rolled in flour fry over low heat until browned. Arrange in a baking dish and on them are the stewed mushrooms in butter and sprinkle with cheese. Pour 1 cm of water tray and screw with foil. Bake for 15 minutes, then removing fthe oil and the baking is continued until there are fat. Remove the steaks and fry in fat 1 tbsp flour, pepper, salt and wine. Stir the sauce thickens and serve with steaks.
