Steamed cutlets in soy sauce

# For the chops:
4 pork loin
flour for rolling
salt and soy sauce for seasoning
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the mushrooms:
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
2- 3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp white wine
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
lemon juice optional
# For toppings:
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup boiled corn
1 egg
1 head cauliflower
1 stalk leek
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Wash rice well and boil. Leave to cool. make partial cuts on the meat, add salt. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes each watering steak with trickle soy sauce and rub well into the meat. Roll in flour, fry them in a highly heated sunflower oil on both sides. Clean them and cut the mushrooms into large slices. Fry in fat from steaks with chopped garlic cloves. Pour the wine, 220 ml water and soy sauce. Sprinkle with sugar and ginger. Mix and put on top the fried meat. Dot pot and stew for 20-25 minutes over low heat. At the end pour the lemon juice optional. Prepare toppings. Slice of wheels thin stalk leek and fry in preheated oil. Add the chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute, sprinkle with salt and sugar. Cut the cauliflower florets and add them to the onion. Continue fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes in the same court, without removing remaining products, fry the egg, stirring constantly, until a fitilcheta. Add the corn and rice, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients for a short medium heat, clutching to fried rice. In a serving plate put some of the rice stuffing, topped steak, which pour the mushroom sauce.
