Stew with plums

Ingredients
750 g beef or mutton
300 g of prunes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3 tsp (30 g) sugar
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1-2 heads (100 g) onion

Method
The meat is cut into medium-sized pieces, add salt and fry in fat with onions, chopped very finely. Add plums previously soaked in water for several hours. Pour over a little warm water, enough to cover the plums and let simmer. When the meat is tender, add sugar, lightly caramelized and slightly later put the flour, lightly toasted and dissolved in a little cold water. After the addition of flour dish simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Quite a good combination with plums. Pleasantly surprised by the aroma and taste interesting. May try and pork.
