Stewed carp

Ingredients
1 carp
5 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp sunflower oil
lemon juice
3-4 tomatoes
black pepper, salt
Method
Onions and garlic fry in heated sunflower oil, while golden brown. Then add chopped tomatoes. Put salt and pepper. Allow to simmer. The fish is cleaned, salted, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 15 minutes. Cut into pieces and put into the sauce if necessary make more water dish and allowed to stew about half an hour.
