Stuffed Baguette

Ingredients
1 loaf
1 canned sprat (maybe other)
125 g butter
200 g mayonnaise
1 small onion
salt
lemon juice
Method
Baguette is cut to length and carving. The interior is crushed in a deep bowl. To this was added the grated onion and other products and mix everything with a mixer. Fill the two halves of baguette and sewn. Leave in the fridge to set. Serve cut into slices.
