Stuffed bell peppers - II type

Ingredients
bell peppers
garlic
carrot
celery
sunflower oil
salt
vinegar

Method
Bell cleaned of seeds, taking care not to tear the hole and washed. Arranged on a tray. In each put 1 tsp sunflower oil and vinegar and a pinch of salt. Baked in an oven until soften. After removing from the oven, filled with garlic, carrots and celery (must be careful not to cool sweet bell peppers) and arrange in a jar. The jars were sealed and pay. The number of products is at the discretion of the cook.

not generally prepare preserves, but this recipe intrigued me. Were very tasty, and quickly at home. I highly recommend them!
