Stuffed with cheese croquettes

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
50 g (1 tbsp) butter or margarine
100 ml milk
2 cloves garlic
2 yolks
100 g cheese
parsley, salt, pepper
# breading :
1 cup flour
2 egg whites + 1
1 cup breadcrumbs
# For the sauce:
200 g mayonnaise
1 green pepper
1 clove garlic
100 g yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
dill, salt, pepper
Method
Cook potatoes with the peel, peel and crush ( Strain) of puree. Add the butter, egg yolks, milk, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper. The mixture make balls, as in each ball is put a piece of cheese. Dip each ball consistently in flour, egg and breadcrumbs fried until golden. To prepare the sauce only needs to put all the ingredients in the bowl and Strain.
