Ingredients
4 eggs
50 g butter or margarine
200 g nettle, spinach, salt bush
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs

Method
Stinging nettle is boiled in slightly salted water. Drain is nice and leave to cool. Hard-boiled eggs cut in length. Remove yolks, grind and mix with chopped nettles. Tries of salt. On each egg white boat put a little butter, filled with green mixture on top again put a little butter, sprinkle with pepper and breadcrumbs. Lightly roasted. Serve warm.
