Stuffed peppers with melted cheese

Ingredients
4 peppers
2 eggs
milled carrot 1
2 tbsp sunflower oil
6 olives pitted
4 pieces processed cheese
2 cloves garlic
pepper, salt
Method
Eggs Boil and cut into pieces. Grate the carrots into small pieces, pour in the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Olives finely. All products are mixed, add processed cheese and mix everything well. The resulting mixture was filled peppers. Serve cold.
