Stuffed peppers with spinach

Ingredients
12 green peppers
500 g spinach
2 bunches green onions
1 tomato
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Method
Spinach is cleaned, washed and stew 1/3 hours. h. salted water. Peppers are cleared from the stems and seeds. Spinach Drain well and stew in the oil with chopped onion. This mixture is stuffed peppers and arrange in pan. Pour 1/2 cup water and cook over low heat until the liquid boil off.
