40-50 g cottage cheese
10-20 g smoked salmon
salt, curry, pepper
cucumber and arugula to garnish

Potatoes are prepared in a microwave on special program, but they did not remove the husk, washed well and pierced in places. After removing from the microwave is allowed to cool, then remove the husk, cut one end of the potato and carved with a spoon. Inside filled alternately smoked salmon and cottage cheese. Top sprinkled with pepper, curry and Himalayan salt.
