Ingredients
8 slices dry white bread
50 g butter
50 g feta cheese
50 g ham
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp flour

Method
Spread the slices with a mixture of the butter, grated feta cheese and chopped ham. Sticks together two by two and dip both sides in the milk, then in egg beaten with flour. Fry until golden brown. Serve warm. Can be made with sweet filling - jam, marmalade or jam thick.
