Ingredients
1 turkey (3-4 kg) with giblets
150 ml sunflower oil
350 g rice
500 g marinated mushrooms
2 large onions
cumin, black pepper, savory, parsley salt
# spreads:
60 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp honey
Method
Turkey wash and rub with salt inside and out. In a saucepan put part of the oil, chopped onion, stew for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms, cut into medium, offal (pre-cooked), rice and spices. The mixture is poured with water and simmer until rice is tender. Turkey filled with rice mixture and stitched with thread. The whole is brushed with prepared spreadable mixture placed on a tray, add about 300 ml water, and baked for 4 hours at a temperature of 170 C, and the whole tray was covered with foil.
