Sweet pyramid with caramel

65 g butter or margarine
pinch of salt
1 baking powder
150 g flour
4 eggs
# For the cream:
2 yolks
40 g sugar
250 g unsalted cottage cheese
juice of 1 lemon or orange
20 g gelatin
# For the caramel:
3 tbsp sugar

Much yummy is this pyramid, a little difficult it seems to me, but certainly will do on weekends and will boast :)
