1/2 cup quinoa
2 tomatoes
1 stalk green onion
1 handful of raisins
oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
parsley
salt

Method
Quinoa boil in salted water in a ratio of 1: 3. Grains are cooked very quickly in about 15 minutes and are ready become transparent in the middle and the sides form white rings. Wash vegetables and sliced tomatoes on kubchentsa, onion and parsley finely. Put them in a bowl of quinoa and add raisins. Seasoning with lemon, olive oil and salt. Decorate optional.
