Tart with fresh fruit

# For the base:
1 egg
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup yogurt
zest of 1/2 lemon
1 vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
70 g melted butter
# For the cream:
250 ml milk
2 egg yolks
5-6 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp flour with Mount
1 vanilla
400 g sour cream
500 g fresh seasonal fruit
syrup 1 cup 1/2 cup water + sugar
lemon juice 1/2
1/2 capsule lemon essence
1 tbsp desire

Beat the egg with the sugar, add the yogurt and spices. Pour the flour sifted with baking powder and mix. Finally add the melted butter. Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled with flour form for pie and bake in a preheated 180C oven. Mix the sugar, starch, flour and vanilla. Pour a little milk and stir smooth mash. Add egg yolks, beat well and dilute with other milk. Boil the cream and allow to cool well. Mix the cream with cold cream without break it in advance. If necessary sweeten with a little powdered sugar. Boil for a few minutes the sugar syrup glaze. Pull from heat and add gelatin, lemon juice and lemon juice. Allow to cool slightly and start to gel. Pour the cream on the test pad and arrange fruit on it. Glazed with gelatin and cake cool well before serving.
