Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets
4 tbsp cornmeal
2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 green onions
2 cloves garlic
small piece of ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
the juice of 1 lemon
1 lemon slices Serving
1 red chilli, sliced
handful of basil leaves
Method
Fillets Oval in the cornmeal and fry in the oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until they crispy crust. Remove from pan and keep warm. In the same court, briefly fry the sliced onion, crushed garlic and finely chopped ginger, then add soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice and leave the mixture thickens to the consistency of light syrup. With the resulting sauce is poured over the fish, sprinkle with chopped chilli and basil and serve decorated with lemon slices.
