# For the vanilla cream:
1 l milk
3 eggs
6 tbsp flour
6 tbsp sugar
2 vanilla
# For the chocolate cream:
150 g margarine
200 g sugar
250 g cocoa
6-7 tbsp flour
1 and 1/2 cup water

Prepare steamed dough and baked it eclairs. vanilla cream: 800 ml milk boil. To the other 200 ml milk add eggs, flour, sugar and vanilla. Mix well with mixer. Add boiling milk, stirring quickly and constantly, until it begins to thicken. Chocolate cream, margarine and sugar are put on the stove, add the chocolate. Then water was added. The flour was triturated with a little water and add to the mixture. When adding the flour is removed from the heat, stir well to not get balls and again returned to the stove to thicken. Eclairste filled with vanilla cream. In chocolate cream dip lower eclairste and stacked, as the cream used for bonding.
