Triguni with prunes

Ingredients
500 g peel
125 g butter
prunes pitted
# For the syrup:
1 kg of sugar
600 ml water
Method
Take two peel and cut into squares, anoint them with melted butter over crust. Initiate a five squares on each other in the middle wearing plum and fold envelope. Initiate trigunite in an oiled dish and top each with a knife make a cross section slightly to show plum. Bake in a moderate oven until pink. Boil thick syrup and pour cold triguni with hot syrup. Stay at least one day.
